Replacement and Return Policy – WEINER tech

Our Replacement and Return Policy ensures the rights of consumers while maintaining the quality and integrity of our products and services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


1. Replacement Policy

1.1 Replacement Period

Customers have the right to replace a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Replacement requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

This is without prejudice to any warranty rights that may apply according to our store policies or legal regulations.

1.2 Replacement Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • Customers must not have used or derived any benefit from the product.
  • WEINER tech reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement to verify its condition.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when requesting a replacement. In the case of international replacements, the customer bears all shipping costs to deliver the product to the courier.
  • If the replacement is due to a manufacturing defect or an error by the storeWEINER tech will cover all associated costs.

1.3 Cases Where Replacement Is Not Permitted

Replacement is not allowed in the following cases:

  1. Products custom-made based on the customer’s specifications, except in cases of manufacturing defects or deviation from the requested specifications.
  2. Video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used or unsealed.
  3. Books, magazines, newspapers, or other publications.
  4. Defects resulting from misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
  5. Contracts involving accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. Products involving digital downloads or software purchased online.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Period

Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return a product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Return requests after this period will not be accepted unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or order error.

2.2 Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or missing parts cannot be returned.
  • WEINER tech reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the return to ensure it is in acceptable condition.
  • Customers bear the shipping costs for returns. In case of international returns, the customer covers all shipping fees to deliver the product to the courier.
  • If the return is due to a defect or store errorWEINER tech will bear the costs and provide compensation, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

2.3 Cases Where Returns Are Not Permitted

Returns are not allowed in the following cases:

3. Refunds

  • After the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or store error.
