All our shipments are handled exclusively through SMSA Express, one of the leading logistics and delivery companies in Saudi Arabia.
We carefully select our shipping partners to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery of all orders, with full tracking available until your package reaches you.
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders weighing less than 15 kg: A fixed shipping fee of SAR 28 applies.
- Orders weighing more than 15 kg: An additional SAR 2 will be charged for every extra kilogram above the initial 15 kg.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total package weight.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders with a total value of SAR 400 or more (after discounts and before tax).
This benefit is applied automatically once the order meets the required value — no coupon code is needed.
4. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days across Saudi Arabia, depending on the customer’s location and logistics conditions.
- In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, public holidays, or courier workload). We always monitor such cases closely to ensure timely delivery.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to the registered mobile number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through SMSA Express’s official website, or you may contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through SMSA’s nationwide network.
We are also working to expand our services to include international shipping in the near future to better serve our customers outside the Kingdom.
7. Receiving Your Order
- Customers are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
- If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours via our official support channels.
- Once the delivery receipt is signed by the customer, the order is considered received in good condition, and no claims can be made for shipping damage unless officially reported.
8. Important Notes
- Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please make sure your address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping in cases of incorrect addresses or failure to respond to the delivery company.
- Address changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped unless coordinated directly with the courier.
